Do you only use n8n, or other tools too?
n8n is our default because it's self-hostable, flexible and cheap at scale. We also build on Make, Zapier, Pipedream, and custom Node/Python services when the use case demands it.
How is AI automation different from regular automation?
Regular automation moves data. AI automation makes decisions — classifying leads, drafting replies, summarizing calls, scoring intent — so workflows handle the judgment calls humans used to.
