Refund & Cancellation Policy

We work hard to deliver real value on every engagement. This policy explains exactly when refunds apply and when they do not. By making a payment to The AI Geeks Lab, you agree to this policy.

1. Website Development (one-time)

• Before kickoff (no design started): 50% of advance refundable; 50% retained as planning, scoping & admin fee.
• After design / development has started: non-refundable. You will receive whatever has been built up to the cancellation date.
• After delivery / launch: non-refundable.

2. Social Media Marketing

• 30-day money-back guarantee from your first invoice, available once per client.
• Refund is conditional on the client providing brand assets, content access, account access and approvals on time during the first 30 days.
• Refund excludes any third-party costs (ad spend, paid tools, stock content, influencer fees).
• After 30 days, the service follows the standard monthly cancellation policy below.

3. All other recurring services

SEO, AEO, WhatsApp Automation, AI Automation (n8n), Performance Marketing, Immigration CRM and any other monthly retainers are non-refundable.

• You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice (email or WhatsApp).
• The current invoiced month is not refunded; service continues until the end of the paid cycle.
• Setup / onboarding fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

4. Ad spend & third-party fees

Money paid to Meta, Google, WhatsApp BSPs, hosting providers, domain registrars, AI APIs, plugins, themes, stock assets or any other third party is never refundable by us. Any balance left in an ad account is governed by that platform's own refund rules.

5. Quote / consultation fees

Paid strategy calls, audits and custom proposals are non-refundable once delivered.

6. How to request a refund

Email hello@theaigeekslab.com from your registered email with your invoice number and the reason for the refund. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us first before raising any chargeback or payment dispute. Unjustified chargebacks (where work was delivered as scoped) will be contested and may attract a ₹2,500 admin fee plus any payment gateway penalties.

8. No guarantees on results

Refunds are not available on the basis of business outcomes (lead volume, ROI, rankings, sales, follower counts). Marketing & AI results depend on factors outside our control. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force at the time of your invoice applies to that engagement.
